About this artwork
Freifeld told us he was walking along a strip of sand with the ocean on one side and a clear channel on the other. All along the sand there had been built modernist, flat roofed little houses. It went on for miles and it was wonderful! It was warm and there was a cool breeze blowing. He loved the place! Was it somewhere in a modernist Cyclades Islands? Then he woke up and it evaporated.
