About this artwork
The notion of balance and rhythm occurs in artist David Felix's abstract demonstration. He references a tabletop with various containers arranged in rotation around the edges. We can find cups, containers, an envelope pouch, and a box, says David. They are grouped together with architectural references such as a fence or gateway, a door, or a piece of furniture with a drawer. Part of his ongoing Nine Stations series.
