About this artwork

In artist David Felix's abstract piece, organic shapes form a fascinating still life. He creates the basis of the composition with curved and tensioned edges to create an irregular shape with a unique twist. The loosely formed five vowels found in the English language act as stalks sitting on top of oval shapes that serve both as fruit and containers, reveals David. He creates patterns and structures using a stencil.
