About this artwork

Artist Joey Korom constructs an abstract expression of collaged materials. Cardboard, sheet music, wrapping paper, painting rag, and canary paper work together to produce a compelling composition. A portion of a trouser and its zipper lies on the upper right of the piece. These can be found in a tailor's shop, and their inclusion here is the most important element, says Joey.
