About this artwork

Three figures stand next to each other, representing our desire for peace and nature. The beach is a deceptively simple backdrop and stage for human behavior. It is where we wear no suits, makeup, or battle armor. We arrive semi-clothed and vulnerable, slightly self-conscious, and yet we have come to forget that, relax, and have fun. The scene feels both playful and dystopian.
