About this artwork

The rear arbor and limestone pond of a historic mansion in Ringwood located in northern New Jersey. On the upper tier of the arbor beyond the balustrade sits a wedding canopy ready for a summer morning ceremony. I find this place full of nostalgia since it is the very place where my wife and I celebrated our wedding over 40 years ago, says artist Onelio Marrero.
