About this artwork

I saw this group of aspen trees while on a hike near Greer, Arizona. I wanted to depict the dramatic lighting as the sun was setting, known as the golden hour. Painted on linen canvas, mounted on gatorboard and varnished with Gamvar. Painting will require framing.
