About this artwork

Artist Darlene McElroy portrays a man immersing himself in an aquatic territory. He was an oceanographer and lived in a fish world, says Darlene. The subject studies and dreams about fish as he sits by his window. Occasionally, he would eat one but would feel guilty afterward.
