About this artwork

In this piece I am exploring abstraction of the figure in it's environment. Often the more abstract the back round the more realistic the figure begins to appear by contrast. I am also thinking about a study of color here. Mostly red and pink tones and how they play against skin. This one looks sort of like a vision to me.
