About this artwork

Artist Benjamin Thomas paints a vast panoramic view of swirling clouds over the horizon. It looked like as if a knife cut through them, and that's how I named the piece, shares Benjamin. Following this insight and inspiration, he uses a palette knife to apply lively movements across the sunset skyÑsomething he had never done before. I was astounded at how much fun it was, like icing a cake with color.
