About this artwork

Painted in transparent watercolor to the edges of heavy weight watercolor paper. I hope to convey to the viewer the exhilaration felt getting out for a brisk walk or jog on a sunny, fresh, spring morning, heading for the hills. At this location near my home hikers and riders on horseback pass by while I paint, and it all just adds to the atmosphere of what I am trying to say here.
