About this artwork

The scene is in Point Reyes Station, a quaint coastal town north of San Francisco, California. I painted it in the plein air tradition, standing amongst the grasses of the late summer field, enjoying the peacefulness and surrounding mistiness of the scene. This transparent watercolor painting is 10.5 x 13.5 on 140 lb paper that measures 11 x 14.
