About this artwork

The Japanese Tea Garden located in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, California is the subject of this delicate impressionistic watercolor. It is a spring scene with the blossoming trees in full array, and reveals the garden's historic pagoda poking through the foliage. San Francisco's often foggy sky is in the background.

This piece is on heavyweight paper and float matted on white archival cotton mat board with archival gummed paper hinging. The mat is 16" x 20" outside dimensions, and the painting itself is 10" x 14".
