About this artwork

I don't know if there is an official City of Flags but I created this painting of a city scene using Chicago as a reference which happened to have plenty of flags on the street at the time. I felt it added one more element for movement and action. This painting is created on professional quality Saunders Waterford heavyweight paper and will require framing for display. It is shipped flat.
