About this artwork

On 140 lb. watercolor paper, painted to the edges of the paper. When the Northern California nights start to get a little chilly, there is a good chance that the leaves in the vineyards will begin to color, and sometimes the colors are particularly splendid. I started this painting some time ago, and recently gave it some finishing touches to make the colors pop.
