About this artwork

During a recent plein air outing, Judy saw a man walking his dog down an urban street, which became the inspiration for this painting. The brightly colored awning and decorative lamps, combined with the lines of the building, lead the viewer's attention toward the primary focal point, the man and his dog. The painting is on a watercolor panel, sealed with UV archival varnish. It has the look of natural watercolor without the need for a mat or glass but does require framing for display.
