About this artwork

This piece is a still life painting of two cherries placed on top of a white table. The colors are so fun and vibrant, I loved painting these! These summer fruits were a little darker, hence the deep red and dark blue hues of paint. The geometric edges of the cherries cast a dramatic and interesting shadow on the white table as the light came in from the left side. This would make such a great piece framed and hung in the kitchen, dining or breakfast area of your home!
