About this artwork

A warm and vibrant sunset abstraction dominated by varying shades of purple and pink. This painting is inspired by vast open fields and expansive horizons, states artist Srinivas Kathoju. I used a thick layer of paint to represent a textured field on the foreground. The middle ground then depicts a vivid glowing horizon where the field blends into the sky.
