About this artwork

I watched The Flower Fields of Half Moon Bay Looking South mature and evolve over a period of six years starting way back in 2017. The colorful flower fields on my drive over the coastal mountains each day provided the inspiration for this painting. Such a charming scene, lush with color and life as each Spring's showers brought new flowers each year.
