About this artwork

My intention is to draw the viewer into the scene and create a sense of tranquility, shares artist Nancy Jadatz. Seawater meanders along the salt marsh escaping into the east coast. The sun shines bright behind wisps of clouds illuminating the vast waterscape below. Organic shapes, strong shadows, and jagged edges all add interest, movement, and emotion.
