About this artwork

On this painting I wanted to give a tribute to still life and trompe l´oeil painter Ken Davies(1925-2017) by painting a vintage indian card. Ken Davies used to own many of these cards and used to include them in many of his paintings. The indian toy I already had it and wanted a great idea to include it in one of my paintings..when I thought about the indian card..then I knew it was the right time to paint it! This painting is painted on panel ready to be hanged.
