About this artwork

I like Andrew Wyeth's work, especially the light and the mood. I thought it wood be fun to take one of his works and put my own spin on it. The original has a sea shell on the chest and a barren field through the window. I inserted a floral arrangement and a view of the ocean in Lubec, ME. The really tricky part was imagining how the shadow would fall.
