About this artwork

Artist Mary Pratt exhibits an impressionist portrait of a woman in white. She creates undulating shades of a snowy white milieu surrounding a figure with downcast eyes. A neutrally colored bird rests on the figure's forearm, representing peace and harmony. I intend to project a peaceful setting where emotion can be expressed safely without judgment, shares Mary.
