About this artwork

Clam shells galore can be found along the beaches of the Atlantic. I currently live in Texas, however, I have been deprived of finding these little gems on my trips to the Gulf of Mexico. This particular shell was smuggled out of a restaurant in Stuart, Florida where I dined with my father during a recent summer visit and, of course, ordered clams on the half shell. Ah, memories! This painting is on a gallery wrapped canvas with finished edges. It comes ready to hang.
