About this artwork

Iwanted to draw a motorcycle, and the rest grew around that basic idea, says artist Hano Dercksen. A lone figure rests easily on his vintage café racer framed by the train station platform behind him. Hano creates a visual balance by positioning the lamppost on the right and the signage, train, and electric wires on the left. Gradual overlapping applications of orange and green lend depth and dimension.
