Part of her series of abstract nudes, inspired by her admiration for the beauty of nature of women's bodies. With each painting, Barbara first considers color. It creates the shapes and dynamics in my mind, which results in the form and subject, she explains. Her flowing compositions develop into bold statements about the female form in art and the collective energy of women working together.
