About this artwork
Spring Is Here' is inspired by the Bill Evans jazz trio's tune of the same name. Cherry blossoms, spring green and crisp blue skies come to mind. I used multiple layers of paint, building up texture in some areas while scraping into the surface in others. This piece comes in a custom black wood frame.
