About this artwork
This is an original floral abstract painting inspired by the transition between winter and spring. It was painted by carefully dripping acrylic paint on the canvas. It is part a series of botanical abstract paintings where I use drip and splash techniques to suggest plant life, like wildflower fields and sea corals. I have signed it on the front, and signed, titled and dated the artwork on the back. I have painted the sides white so it can be displayed without the need of a frame.
