About this artwork
A nest on a silvery-grey background. As I was finishing the painting, the phrase about finding a silver lining kept coming up; in conversations with friends, listening to the radio, even in the book I was reading. I've used acrylic gel medium to texture the strands in the nest. The sides of the canvas are finished as a continuation of the background and the back is wired and ready to hang.
