About this artwork

This painting was inspired by my recent trip to France. I was mesmerized by the beauty of nature and architecture found in the French countryside.

The brilliant and illuminating sunlight captured my attention as well.It felt freeing to paint on this big canvas.

This painting began with a sienna background to create a warm undertone within the piece.
