About this artwork

This is a simple study of a rocky waterfall north of my home. The composition is focused on the waterfall itself, with the other compositional elements drawing attention to the center of the canvas. The rendering style is bold and graphic, in a color palette a bit more somber than usual for me. The work has sides painted brown, and it comes wired and ready to hang.
