About this artwork

The Tutukaka Coast in New Zealand abounds with natural beauty, says artist John Jaster. Inspired by its tropical pale golden beaches, lush native forests, and rocky shores, John paints an expansive view. From off a cliff, the scene opens into a marvelous seascape just in time for a brilliant sunset. John utilizes heavy body acrylics with multiple layers to achieve bold and rich hues.
