About this artwork
Anenome + Citrus, is a floral painting inspired by spring blooms, the abundant citrus trees in Phoenix, and my love of Matisse. This one of a kind floral is bold with rich texture. The vibrant blossoms are contrasted by lush, green foliage, and a blush pink background. I used a combination of palette knife, and many brush strokes of layered acrylic paint. It is ready to hang.
