About this artwork
This is the fourth piece in a series of ten. I actually grew my own small plot of golf course grass in a container. This is a depiction of the golf ball on the edge of the fairway next to the first cut of rough. The golf ball is partially hidden in the grass. This piece was painted entirely using an airbrush. Every dimple, shadow, highlight, blade of grass was executed using templates.
