Ethan Solouki is a contemporary sculpture artist living and working in Los Angeles. With an easy eye for creating aesthetically beautiful and relevant artwork he is quickly emerging as an established multidisciplinary artist in the wake of a new contemporary movement. At a young age, Ethan has already started to absorb far reaching attention within the contemporary sculpture world as he consistently continues to expand his body of work. Through persistent refinement, his visual and conceptual vocabulary have developed through focusing on the points of intersection between sculpture & architecture; material, light/shadow, color, and most importantly spatial analysis. Utilizing a combination of exotic 'refined' woods and industry 'building' woods both naturally aged and new, merging elemental organic and geometric hard-edged materials to create balance and unity while still symbolizing polar duality. Ethan has a Design Media Arts degree from the University of California Los Angeles, UCLA.
