Nantucket is often referred to as "The Grey Lady," both for the gray salt-weathered shingles that adorn the island buildings, but also for the fog that often envelopes the island. I woke up expecting to shoot a sunrise on this morning, but found the harbor shrouded in fog. This lone catboat stood out in stark contrast to the misty silhouettes of the buildings surrounding Nantucket Harbor, in the blue dawn light.
