"Along the Ou River, the Chinese city of Longquan has developed a Tea Street," says William. "The idea being, to consolidate the famous teas from the surrounding areas into a string of shops along a scenic part the river. The street is very popular and if you are going in the evening, you can expect a large crowd. There is a small stage where musicians sometimes play. Between Tea Street's shop fronts and the river, there is a spiral shelved structure with celadon tea pots in each cubby."
