I like the piece, but it is several shades lighter than the image online. I prefer the darker.

When I first saw this painting was very impressed with the artistry, title and art noir feel of the scene. But something deeper drew me back a few times before making the purchase. Only after hanging and looking at it over several nights did I realize it was taking me back to a very special time and place. Finally inspiring a poem I pinned that I would make available to Onelio if desired.

I was so pleased with the painting, Onelio Marrero’s - Among The Collectibles, that I bought another of his paintings a couple of weeks later. That one, too, is a memorable image. I couldn’t be more pleased.

This piece is in my bedroom, one of the places in my home where I read often. My favorite thing about it is the soft colors that evoke a sense of comfort, relaxation and "coziness" as my daughter would say. I also love her reclined position which contributes further to the vibe of the painting.

I love it and have placed it in full view. My only complaint is that you did not offer framing.

The image is quite intimate, and the work was well done, exceeded my expectations....the artist was engaging and desiring to please the buyer. It was a great experience. The artwork has been framed in a gold floater....it looks terrific on the wall !

Mr. Marrero, This was a Christmas gift to my wife, commemorating a favorite travel destination, and she LOVED IT! I really respond to your paintings, and wish I had the right places for several more of them!

This painting brings so much tranquility & hope. I feel like I'm walking on this soothing nature path in the forest. The details are beautifully painted, the composition is perfect, and I love the chosen colors: the right greens & touch of pink and mauve . The artist is very talented. We're very happy about this purchase.

I could not be more happy with the two paintings by Mr. Marrero! They are beautiful! I wanted some original artwork for my office. As I looked through the oil paintings (hundreds or thousands), I loved all of his. In fact, I knew I wanted two, and it was difficult to decide which two to narrow it down to. I absolutely love the two paintings!

Hello Onelio! The Fedex truck kept the painting on his truck for a week after the delivery date according to the tracking so we were getting very impatient! But so worth the wait!! City of Mirrors is even more wonderful in person. I love your work!!!

Actual painting exceeded expectations. Yes it certainly triggered a memory back thirty plus years of a dinner at a small, Italian New York restaurant which was a seminal point in my life. The impressionistic style fits perfectly with the vagueness of my recollection. The warm colors totally reflect the mood of that night. So as the song says "thanks for the memories".

This painting is named appropriately, for it brings serenity to the one gazing at it! Very peaceful and calm and the water looks so real it feels as if one might be splashed by a wayward drop as you pass by. Thank you so much for this magnificent calming piece!

I love my “Two Man Pour” painting as it is detailed by nature. I saw mirror image and mirror reflection with facial features, which are exquisitely realistic. The rust medium reminds me of Jean-Honore Fragonard. My next painting from you was going to be ‘Almost Closing Time” which I lost to another collector. ‘When you snooze, you lose’ It will not happen again. Bravo Onelio Marrero.
