While driving through the north Virginia countryside, we came upon signs for a local vineyard. We stopped and found a comfortable barn that was refurbished to contain a wine tasting space and a nice restaurant. We were able to sit out on the back deck and look out over a lake and pasture. An excellent afternoon spent. This painting was done on watercolor paper which was then mounted on board. It will need a frame for display.
