Poke is pronounced po-kay not po-key. I was first introduced to poke in Hawaii about 8 years ago while visiting my sister and fell in love with it. They a bunch of different versions of it in their food stores in the deli section. We've been making it at home ever since. Now you can find poke restaurants everywhere!
