About this artwork

As the sun slowly sets, colorful hues illuminate the clouds above the marsh. Pastel blue, purple, yellow and orange dance above the verdant landscape. Twilight is one of my favorite subjects to paint, says Gail. I find the play of light and dark in nature the best at this time of day.
