Thoughtfully assembling different elements, artist John Gardner creates a backdrop of turquoise, converging all his components in the middle. A grid creates a secondary layer, providing structure and form. Red and pink rays spread out from a wheel, its shape echoed in a blue circle partially hidden by a pillar of a striped gray print. Part of John's newest series of mixed media works meticulously hand cut from vintage paper and stitched with thread on heavyweight paper. Comes matted with an archival matte and backing for easy framing. Backing is also signed, titled and dated.
