A minimal, playful composition bringing together elements suggestive of a brief pause in time - a sundial locked in position, a butterfly with wings fully extended, an abstract wave held in mid flight and graph paper waiting to be charted. Part of John's newest series of mixed media works meticulously hand cut from vintage paper and stitched with thread on heavyweight paper. Comes matted with an archival matte and backing for easy framing. Backing is also signed, titled and dated.
