This piece was inspired by the rolling meadows leading up the foothills below Yosemite. As you cross these vast open expanses, you can see how ancient glaciers carved the landscape. It's a serene and pastoral view that never fails to expand my thoughts and my breathing. This diptych is on two 16x12 gallery wrapped canvases with black edges.  They come ready to hang.

Getting to Know Carole

Carole Moore works as a massage therapist and finds a lot of inspiration in her various clients. Art is something she needs to do - she feels irritated when she goes without painting for too long. Oftentimes, she sits on her feet while painting and does not notice they are asleep until she tries to get up. She enjoys spending time with her family, tending her garden and rock climbing. Carole currently lives in California, but was an exchange student in Mexico and Japan and was highly influenced by both cultures.
