This image shows the situation of a child with PAS (Parental Alienation Syndrome) symptoms. A child under the influence of maternal manipulation exaggerates criticism and devalues the father, while not displaying guilt and shame. The child is convinced that he expresses his own opinion.
Krzysztof Iwin is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, Poland. His body of work is largely figurative with elements of surrealism. Showing frozen fragments of a reality that does not exist, Krzysztof attempts to capture the menacing, sometimes macabre beauty of the search for meaning.
