Artist Autumn Rose paints expressionist botanical arrangements, finding endless inspiration in the colors of her daily life. "I am constantly driven to paint in a free-spirited style with lots of movement, big strokes, and vitality," says Autumn. She employs various media and tools to generate texture and depth in her work. Guided by intuition rather than plan, Autumn creates floral and herbage explorations with a notable focus on still life. Pastel pinks and greens are typical colors across her body of work, applied onto darker backgrounds, resulting in dramatic effects. Autumn creates intriguing layers and definitive linework, offering a delightful variety of visual cues. She affectionately calls her workspace in Phoenix a "shudio," since it is a conversion from a shed in her backyard. The area receives incredible light and breathtaking views of her desert garden whenever she paints. "It's always my hope that when someone sees my art, they will feel a sense of wonder and joy."

Thanks Autumn- Again I am sorry that I appeared upset- the painting is just what I wanted but with my lack of hanging capabilities I always try to get "ready to hang" paintings to avoid putting wires etc on- the nail should work. Hi Frank, thank you so much for your feedback. I am sorry for any confusion. The painting can be hung directly from the wooden frame that backs the canvas because it is so light weight. Simply center it on a nail. I hope this is helpful. Thank you again for purchase!
Just received your delightful "Prickly Tumbler" painting which is just perfect. Problem was that you said it was ready to hang and I guess I think of that meaning it has a wire in the back or at least those sharks teeth on top. Everytime I see ready to hang its usually means just that and I usually wont buy any that dont mean that? Sorry Im making a fuss but its one of the things I look for when I buy and I usually buy a lot each year. Lt me know what you meant and Im sorry if I misunderstood. Cheers, Frank

Blushing Blooms is so soft in color, yet richly pigmented. I love the heavy layers of paint to create such soft flowers.
