Never say never. I said I would never get a minivan - ours just passed 200,000 miles. I swore I would never live anywhere but a big city. This year will be my 25th anniversary in my sweet small town in of 200 in the country. Life and children have a way of transforming everything - priorities change. Things like Suburbia make perfect sense - never say never. You are not what you own or where you live - you are you.

Getting to Know Lesli

Lesli Devito can’t quite remember when she started painting, just that she’s been doing it for quite a while now. With no formal training, Lesli took her own path and experimented with different types of paint. Eventually, she settled on something unconventional: acrylic house paint. She hopes that her works will “take people to their happy place.” Lesli also created a blog called My Old Country House in which she writes about her life, art and other adventures.
