I love the shimmery properties of gold and the energy that emerges from polarity of color, shape, and form.  The grace and elegance of  the gold figure, and model who was my inspiration, is juxtaposed with the heat of the surrounding reds.  The left edge reveals layers of colors reminiscent of the delicacy of torn tissue paper balanced by the bold blue on the right. This piece is painted on gallery wrapped stretched canvas and ready to hang.
