"I set up a dance between these two women that feels playfully unresolved," Robin says of this painting. The pose and expression of the woman on the right communicates a sense of confidence and attraction. While there is a sense of interest and seduction from the woman on the left, as she leans in, her closed eyes communicate some doubt. This conflict is furthered with Robin's use of color, with the fiery red joining their cool blue bodies.
