The strong black lines that fade to gray show the fluidity in conversation between people and abstract objects. This piece is open to interpretation but I really enjoyed using contrasting colors to drive the conversation to new heights.

Getting to Know Voskan

When Voskan Galstian approaches a canvas, he does so with an open mind.“When I am creating art I tend to sever my mind from making decisions,” he explains. His paintings show this intuitive process in their dynamic movement and unique color combinations. Voskan finds inspiration in abstract expressionism; in the vein of that style, he paints based on his deepest emotions. Many people have expressed that they feel a connection with his work — in some cases, it soothes them. When he’s not making art, you can find Voskan traveling or reading about geography.
